MEMORY AND THANKS: Parishioners march behind parish banner in Memorial Day Parade at Port Ewen

On Monday, May 29, the American Legion and other local groups, including our parish, stepped out on Broadway for the Memorial Day Parade. Approximately ten parishioners marched behind our lovely parish banner while the cheers of parishioners and neighbors were heard from spots along the way. The parade was followed by a memorial ceremony at Riverview Cemetery. Thanks to the Port Ewen Fire Department for sponsoring refreshments for hungry returning marchers! (Picture thanks to Bob Rizzo.)
